Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

This page covers how beta access works, what happens after signup, and how SecRaptor handles onboarding for approved organizations.

What happens after I request access?

We review the request, confirm organizational fit and authorization, and then follow up with next steps if we decide to proceed.

Who is this beta for?

The closed beta is intended for businesses, internal security teams, and authorized professional users evaluating SecRaptor for real organizational use.

Why do you require a work email?

The beta is for business use. A work email helps us verify organizational identity and route onboarding correctly.

Does requesting access guarantee a tenant?

No. Requests are reviewed manually, and access is granted only after screening and onboarding decisions are completed.

Can we invite more users later?

Yes. The signup email is treated as the first administrative contact, and additional users can be handled during or after onboarding.

Can we share screenshots or internal access details publicly?

No. Non-public beta materials, credentials, workspace details, and related communications should remain private unless we give written permission.
